The Book of Optics

The Book of Optics (Persian: Ketāb e Manzarehā (کتاب منظره ها) Arabic: Kitāb al-Manāẓir‎ (كتاب المناظر); Latin: De Aspectibus or Opticae Thesaurus: Alhazeni Arabis) was a seven-volume treatise on optics, physics, mathematics, anatomy

and psychology written by the Muslim scientist, Ibn al-Haytham (in Europe, Latinized as Alhacen or Alhazen), from 1011 to 1021, when he was under house arrest in Cairo, Egypt.

The book had an important influence on the development of optics, as it laid the foundations for modern physical optics after drastically transforming the way in which light and vision had been understood, and on science in general with its introduction of the experimental

scientific method. With this new-found revolutionized view of light and vision, this book is actually the first ever effort in recorded human history that is indirectly paving the way to the birth of motion picture.

That is why I choose the blog title as The Book of Optics. In this blog, I will share with you all of the recommended movies for your viewing pleasure. I will also share with you all of the coming soon movies in our cinemas. You can leave your comments (strongly recommended) because I love to spread the spirit of sharing a good movie to you all.
